It used to be excellent but I had to come here to change my 5 star to a 1 star because the new management since mid 2020 is horrible .The new management is unprofessional ,poor in communication and don't go by policy. They are very rude and confrontational. It seems like their only focus is production.

After touring many pre schools in the Heritage area, we chose Primrose School of Heritage Wake Forest. It has only been a few days but we are super impressed with the curriculum so far and daily activities our daughter is taking part in. The teachers are going extra mile to make sure she is comfortable and adjusting to the classroom setting. It is so refreshing to see the involvement of owners in the school and management is very responsive.

We took a break from Preschool due to current Pandemic and kept our children home for few months. When we heard from our friends how well Primrose School is keeping everything clean and sanitized, we felt comfortable returning. It has been a few weeks since we’ve returned and we couldn't be happier with our decision. The new owners are absolutely wonderful and always there to greet us in the morning. Our older son loves his PreK classroom and younger one comes running to front door every morning. Everyone has been so positive and I am extremely happy to know my children are surrounded by positive and loving staff and in a safe environment. I am truly glad that Primrose School has been able to create normalcy for our children. Way to go!!
