They never take responsibility for their damage - their insurance company is a joke ....finding a way to deny claims is the primary focus- shameful! Not to mention the most unreliable power, which will destroy anything plugged in.

I have to apply for electricity. But I can't speak english very well. When I call you to apply for electricity, Can I get a translator service or something? Is there any way to apply for electricity on website?

If you speak Spanish or Russian, we have customer service representatives that can help. If you speak any other language, yes you may use an interpreter. You can call Monday-Friday from 7 am to 6 PM. We also have a walk in office at our address that is open from 8 am to 5 PM Monday-Friday. We are closed the 4th of July.
