Frank was amazing. The blonde woman at the front desk had an attitude. She never told me to bring the paperwork back up to her and I sat in the lobby for 50 minutes. When I asked what was taking so long she said she was waiting in the paperwork. She said she thought I was still filling it out. Who fills paperwork out for 50 minutes? The least she could have done was check on us. I give her a 0 and Frank a 5.
