Let me state that the visit was acceptable. However, there was a man sitting in the waiting room with general population awaiting treatment that was "snotting" and coughing. I excused myself and waited outside the building until I was called. I also observed a man without a mask and the sign clearly said that it was mandatory but not being reinforced. Visit ok. 225.00 to see a nurse. I hate to know what you pay to see the Dr. who bothered full term training to be one. The billing system is so screwed up. Made initial payment with HSA that was active. We were switched to another HSA and it took effect 1 month after I visited. MedAccess did not charge the card I gave them until 1 month after my visit. Of course it was declined, the account had been closed the last week of that month., and we were in process of using new card. They continue d to charge the old one every day twice a day until Sept 12. I suppose it finally was recognized that I called in with the new number on Sept 2 and paid it in full. This is just unacceptable. There is no communication in the corporate division of this company and being constantly charged on a cancelled card - even after 3 phone calls to straighten it out... I apologize for the long rant but man. I wouldn't give them a credit card upon visit let them bill you if you must go to one of their facilities. And be prepared for incompetence when you attempt having your voice heard when attempting to correct their errors.

If your looking to wait in the lobby for 2 hours, this is the place for you. I thought the last time I came they were just busy but this time was another 2 hours. Poorly run!

Was treated there on July 4th (yes, they were open!) and the experience was A+. Lots of positive energy by the whole staff, professional and courteous treatment. Was so grateful that they were open and have X-ray capabilities. Well done all around.

I have been to this urgent care a couple of times now for different reasons. My first two visits were quick, in and out, and effective. My third visit, I sat there for two hours and watched everyone who came in after me leave before me. Which is highly frustrating. Fast forward, and here we are. I tested positive for covid on Monday and my most severe symptoms are nausea and vomiting. It has been so bad that I can barely sleep. I called Tuesday morning to see if I could get a prescription for some nausea medicine, the woman at the front desk said the doctor wasn’t in but that she’d give him a message and he’d call me back the same day. Well I hadn’t heard anything and they were not far from closing so I called again, only to have to leave another message. It has now been a full 24 hours since both phone calls were made and I haven’t heard anything back from them. It’s very frustrating and extremely unprofessional.

Yes, we can do x-rays on-site at both of our MedAccess locations.
Yes, we are doing COVID testing for symptomatic patients only. You will need to call ahead and complete a phone triage before entering the building. Testing is performed at our providers discretion. Currently, we are only offering PCR testing, and results typically take 3-5 business days. We hope to offer rapid testing the next few weeks.
