Wrong people in the wrong position. Lack of communication due to arrogance of a managing partner (Chris Kent). Working a assignment an hour from home and negotiated a pay rate to assist in my gas expenses and was told they make advances for emergencies. As if I were speaking to a wall, speaking with Chris about the error on my paystub and attempting to utilize the emergency advance, there was no response to my pay rate, and in response to the advance to stay working was "We don't have time to be a loan resource for our employees. Sorry that someone gave you that impression." In my opinion, there is a lack of communication internally amongst the staff and that much worse between employer and employees. While I do consider the pay a plus, being paid as early as Thursday a plus, as well as being paid weekly all the good things; the cons has substantially more of a impact. That being said, I do not recommend this company.

Terrible communication with employers. New to the job and never got an assignment or a call back. Don't come here if you want something steady.

This company response very late or never at all. I used to work for them long time. I quit and I called and never got a call back or if I call they never answered. Terrible people. I don’t recommend.
