We are so very grateful that God directed us to this community of believers in our quest to live our lives according to the will and plan of Christ. We experienced the love of Christ the first time we stepped foot into the building. LWFC is a replication of what heaven will look like, from leadership down, a diverse community of believers from all walks of life, ethnically mixed, all age groups, and just some good, caring, and fun loving people. Pastor Micah, is a gifted preacher and teacher of the gospel. He teaches with great conviction, humor, and simplicity. We love the vision of the church: Making and equipping Disciples/ Building Strong Families. We also appreciate their desire to affirm individuals gifts and allow them to perfect their gifts while serving in the church. Since joining LWFC, I have had the awesome privilege of assisting with leading worship with an amazing team of worshippers. I would strongly suggest you giving LWFC a visit, and experience the presence of God for yourself. I believe you will be blessed.

No one person or church is perfect so I don’t give out 5stars readily, but I’m happy to call this place home! Ever since I moved back to this area, after coming from an incredibly connected loving church, I knew what I was looking for and this was it! It took us about two years to find the right fit. I’m so thankful for the love here, especially with our little one pictured below. She will walk into church and go straight to the people who love on her for hugs! The first day I came I received so many hugs and still do! It’s not fake here. I love the preaching- it’s relatable in a practical way and biblical. I love the cultural mix here as well!- true love exists with all different walks of life! There are many ways to connect in groups with people or to get involved. The pastors will connect and be real with you. Happy to have found my church home :)

Hi Rachel. Our Summer VBS looks different this year. Summer at Living Word is June 26- July 31st and we will have Childrens Ministry during our Sunday services and special treats, inflatables, and a cookout on July 10th with water slides and inflatables for the kids. We'd love to have your family join us. You can find the details at lwfc.org/events
Hi Victor, we do not have anything that is organized. We did have a small group that formed a softball team before Covid and we have men that get together and play basketball in our gym, but nothing official.
