This past Saturday I went to this Chipotle to pick up a quick meal for myself. I arrived around 3:45. There were maybe 3-4 customers in front of me and I saw at least 6 employees floating around but only one on the line. It took 20 minutes before it was my turn!! I ordered my bowl and watched it go down the line. When the worker finished she didn’t label my bowl (or any of the bowls) and pushed it toward the cashier. The cashier was ringing out the customer ahead of me and I was trying to keep my eye on my bowl. The customer in front of me paid and left and as the cashier went to package what I thought was my meal the customer behind me stopped her letting her know that the bowl she was holding was hers. Somewhere in the slow motion confusion the bowl that belonged to the customer before me was moved and she took home my bowl. The cashier just stood there and seemed annoyed. There was no offer to fix the error and now after 30 minutes I was going to wait any longer so I left. I had to drive to to the next town to pick up a meal that shouldn’t have taken more than 10 minutes to get.

Just ordered my food and they managed to legit get everything wrong. It's a delivery order. I ordered a bowl with select toppings and one steak burrito. I received no burrito at all and instead I received two completely identical bowls with every topping they offer. No forks and no napkins. Maybe we need to stop hiring teens who just need a job and start hiring people that actually want to make the food right and do their job. Unacceptable.

If the stools look like this, imagine what the kitchen looks like. Also, I stood by the shelf for mobile pickup for 15 mins beyond my pick up time. Someone finally asked me for my name and grabbed my bag of cold food. Awesome. Oh, and it didn't have my chips either.

For the past years we order from here. Every single time the order is wrong. I cannot understand how service is so bad. I love the food here but it's obvious I cannot go to this location. Tonight we got the wrong order completely! It had our sticker with our order info but clearly another customers food inside. This is a huge mistake. Other experiences: looks like my good had be literally thrown in the taco (a complete mess), wrong ingredients (frequent mistake). I am finished with this location.
