I love the food, but customer service sucks double time. They act like they don't want to give you the food, like you're taking the food off their plates. The rolling their eyes at me, just looking really irritated that they are serving me. If they wasn't preparing my food right there in front of me, I would want it. I wouldn't trust what they may have done to. It's really ridiculous 😒

This Qdoba is absolutely terrible. They are never open til the time they say they are. They don't answer the phone. Employees chilling eating right in plain view. Food is old and the portions are pitiful. Not worth the energy to entertain this location

This location closes before closing time every time I try to go here and it's really annoying at this point. Then the times you do get in, you're met with an attitude and dry old food. Just go to Chipotle next door. This Qdoba has fallen off so bad over the last couple years. I've contacted corporate about this location and nothing has changed at all. Just save your money

Why don't you answer the phone? We came two weeks ago and the doors were locked and a sign said online orders only. Is this a new policy? Just tried called right now to see if we could walk in to order and no one answers the phone! We used to go to the one in Timonium but that one is filthy. Can we please have one in the area that is open and clean??
