My first time going to Poblano. I got a Steak burrito bowl. It was a little chewy. I will try the chicken next time.

They don’t understand the dangers of cross contamination. They use the same utensils for everything. I tried asking them to grab my grilled veggies with a different spatula cause they just used it to pickup shrimp (I’m allergic), but they just used the same one anyway. I understand there are language barriers but they should atleast be aware of this.

Looks like they are following all protocols. All employees have masks, no tables/chairs were set out when I went last week but that might have changed, they have a glass window between employees and customers.
They do not deliver. But they participate in several delivery services (Uber eats, etc)
