Worst Chipotle location… well, maybe aside from the Harbor location. EVERY time I go I’m met with attitudes. No matter the time of day, no matter the weather. I can come in with a smile. I can come in with positive energy. No use. I get it’s a fast-paced environment but that’s what the employees signed up for when they agreed to work there. Not only are the attitudes a mess, but the overall presentation of the food (and how they bag the food) is seriously lacking. They have more focus on talking about their personal lives. They’re making Chipotle look bad.

This is the same chipotle where the manager threw a pair of scissors at a customer because he was insistent on a refund. The service never got better. Employees bark at customers and are visibly upset when someone walks in the door. Then yell and turn at at each other, constant bickering over who needs to get on the line. You made delicious food, but can't stop hiring people with disgusting attitudes. How is this business so difficult?

This has got to be the worst Chipotle to ever exist. I’m sure the only reason they are still in business is because of their location as I’ve found myself going back there after swearing it off because it’s convenient, but never again. The workers are so unprofessional, it’s disgusting. They wouldn’t know what customer service is if it slapped them in the face. They’re rude, slow, open and close whenever they want, they almost always close early, never have any ingredients, stay on their phones while dealing with customers, constantly goof off and yell around with each other while customers are waiting to be served and just provide a very bad experience overall. Do yourself a favor and heed to these reviews. Do not go or order from here.

I used to love this location but recently every time I go the staff are unmasked, they are out of several ingredients and don't tell you until your burrito is half built, a line of 2 people in front of you takes 20 minutes to get in and out, the line is dirty and cluttered, the portions are smaller than any other chipotle, and/or they mischarge you for the wrong food. This used to be a go to spot for me and now it's just stressful, slow, and painful :(

Depends if you want to go to the one on st Paul near John Hopkins and not get what you ordered. And nickeled and dime for wanting a decent serving of "free" toppings on your bowl. And the one on Pratt charges you for wanting a bag. And the one in towson near LA Fitness likes locking their doors a whole hour earlier.
