They only smile when you need to purchase a vehicle. Once you’ve purchased one, the employees won’t go out of their way to make things right. I plan on contacting the BBB on this fraud of a business.

Roger was great at keeping me updated and fighting for me to get my rav4 hybrid over the past 6 months. I finally received my hybrid and I could not be happier. You will need to be patient but Team Toyota will do everything in their power to make sure you get the car you want without overcharging. Princeton Toyota requires anyone entering the building to wear a mask. Plexiglass screens separate you from the staff at various work areas inthe building. The parts department even requires 6 ft separation of customers waiting for help.
