Edited: So I was nice on my previous review. The owner is a complete liar. I did not receive a call from the salesperson at all. If the salesperson was going to busy with a customer, he should have referred me to another salesperson, that would be the professional way to handle it. The VP did not call me, I called them, as I was leaving their business, at which point I spoke to a sales manager, not the VP. As far as bringing it to the attention to the sales manager prior to leaving, I guess it was my responsibility to beg them to make a sale. This response is just another example of the unprofessionalism of this business. I went to another dealership, where my wife and I were treated professionally and actually made a purchase. In the owner's defense, if he was told the VP and salesperson called me, he was lied to, which is yet another example of the unprofessionalism of the staff. This is an example of the professionalism at this dealership, attitude reflect leadership. Instead of admitting their errors, lies about the situation. Worse customer service I have ever received. Salesperson told me he had to clean his desk, would be out in a minute. They allowed me to walk through several RVs, I was interested in 2, never saw the Salesperson again, until I was leaving, he was helping another customer, which was fine, another RV dealer received my business.

Rusty is the best, repaired our 2016 Jaco Eagle destination Rv. A tree landed on the bedroom slide out. Our trailer is like brand new Roof and all. Thankyou Rusty. comment long over due!

White Horse RV is the absolute best! I've purchased two trailers from them, and have been more than impressed each time. We would not go anywhere else for an RV!

When I was there. Everyone was masked up and distanced. Sent of sanitizer in the air. Seemed like they were following all the guidelines.

you absolutely can order the owning there I don't think they come out to install it but they won't install it on their site in their shop. However you can call choose RV repair. And they will order it and install it
I don't understand why people don't pic up the phone that's obviously on their hands and call people for information. Are people becoming that lazy? People have posted to restaurants "are you open today" or "do you have a drink special tonight?" CALL AND TALK TO PEOPLE
