Your security guards are friendlier than the dispensary staff inside, which is funny because when we walked in, the guard immediately told us how helpful the staff was there I've been to Curaleaf several times as a patient over the years, and wanted to try a new company's products, but when I asked about the shatter the associate seemed so disinterested in having any type of educational conversation with me that I bought a cartridge and left. Oh, and you might want to tell people about the card fee, because he didn't mention it to us, and rushed us through reading the screen by telling us to just hit the green button. It isn't much, 3.50$, but if it's adding money to the transaction, might be nice to make people aware of that. And then he made a comment about how he was glad it wasn't busy today because it was raining, which to me shows pure disinterest in working there to help people medically. Consider hiring staff that exist solely for the patients who come through, not just those trying to make a paycheck and walk out with little care for the industry itself. Highly disappointed, will not be coming back regardless of whether this live resin cartridge was worth the whopping 80$.

They cancel adult online pre orders because they only accept medical orders online and are too disorganized to setup their website properly. Their store's voice mailbox is always full, they never answer the phone, and good luck getting anything they have on their website (nothing is EVER in stock).

Showed up at 5:45 on a Monday to find out that the recreational hours are till 5. Maybe you people should post the hours instead of having people drive and waist their gas. I showed up again today at 6:12 on the dot and waited until 7. The staff was so impolite that he took a group in at 6:30 and let everyone else in the line wait until they closed. I had to ask him if they would still take us at 6:58 because he was too ignorant to come out and do his job, instead he sat there making an hourly wage and doing nothing. Only 1 person working tonight proves that this business is going downhill. They need new management ASAP and if you agree with me you should take this up with the manager next time you enter this horribly run establishment.

There was basically a line out side of the facility. And instead of letting people know who the last customer was going to be, at 7 they said there closed and shooed us away. I understand there’s a capacity of people they can take but they could’ve let people know before they stood in line for a long time.
