I recently came to this property. I have only been here for a few days-I will update my review as needed! But so far everything has gone well. Sabrina is definitely on her game and takes care of things. My apartment is nicely maintained! Staff is very friendly. The only problem thus far has been A LOT of fire ants in my home. I’m allergic to fire ants so hopefully they will spray soon-Sabrina has replied to me in a timely manner for pest control as well as all my other kinks when moving in. So far I have been very pleased!

Comfortable accommodations at a central location. Sabrina and the rest of the management are the secret to the place’s success. It’s also very dog friendly and a great place for pups to socialize.

My wife and I just signed a lease at this property. Nou, the leasing agent who assisted us, was friendly and welcoming throughout the process. We started shopping early and visited the community several times to look at different units, and Nou remained patient with us and genuinely cared about making sure we were happy with everything before signing a lease. The friendly service that we experienced working with Nou played a significant part in our decision to lease at Cortland Bear Creek. While I can't comment on the day-to-day experience at this property as a future resident, I can say that we had a great leasing experience!

Hi, Henry! I do believe it's because most of the staff are chatting and ignoring residents and potentials customers in the back rooms. I've walked into the front lobby many times to ask a question, and there is no one up there. However, there's usually an uproar of upbeat conversations taking place in the back offices. So, to answer your question, they can't answer their phones because they aren't near them!
