No. If you are paying 1499 then that is for the 1HR unlimited play. Thete is a side where you use the unlimited cards. On the other side there are the games where you receive tickets you exchange for items. They are paid for by credits that are loaded onto a card in various increments to be used.

It's free to get in but if you want to order pizza you pay for everything separately and you can purchase gaming cards that would last by the hour. However I have to let you know that's the games are outdated and not kept up very well. And the pizza is worse than Chuck-E-Cheese.

Depending if you want the buffet or not, if you just want to play games you can get a card and put money in it for points. Theres a late night pass after 8pm for $15 and you get some points put in the card plus unlimited laser tag, wall climbing, mini bowling.
