Steven did a wonderful job for us today on cleaning our livingroom furniture and carpet, and also our bedroom chairs and carpet - he got rid of lots of problem pet areas too! Steven was very knowledgeable, thorough and professional! He did a great job for us and I will definitely ask for him again!!

I scheduled for 7:30-8 AM to have carpets cleaned. I knew it was early but didn't want to wait around for a 2 hour window later in the day. The tech never showed! At 8:30 I called and was informed that the scheduler should have told me they don't schedule until 10. I ranted and raved! They said someone would be there by 9. At 9:15 I called and cancelled. DO NOT USE THEM. VERY UNRELIABLE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Incidentally, I was able to schedule with Carpet Services Express for a couple hours later. Shane did an excellent job for less than Dalworth. Call Shane at Carpet Services Express instead of Dalworth!!

Results exceeded my expectations. 20 year old Rugs look like new. I enjoyed seeing their facility, really an amazing place!

For area and oriental rug cleaning we'll move most pieced of furniture to retrieve a rug at no additional charge. We do not move pianos, pool tables, or large entertainment systems. If it's regarding wall to wall carpet you'd need to ask our sister company Dalworth Clean. Hope this helps!
The company has different charge rates, depending upon the want of the customer. Best bet is to call them for a quote.
We sure do! We'll come out, move most pieces of furniture, clean at our facility , deliver back and place furniture back on rug.
Yes in the DFW area
Yes. There are several procedures we can use to make marble/stone floors look beautiful again. The procedure used is based on the condition being corrected. If a floor has severe scratches and/or lippage (when tiles are not flat with each other) then a Honing procedure (multi-step process with different grits of diamond disks) is used. If there are minor scratches, no lippage and some general "dullness" in the traffic lanes, then we use a diamond impregnated pad, usually with multiple grits. Finally, if the floor only has some dullness we use a polishing powder. Least expensive is the polishing powder, most expensive is the honing. We provide free quotes.
