My order was delivered to one of my neighbors by accident I called to check on the status they told me it had been delivered! The mgr was very rude would not refund my money but insisted on delivering another pizza! They way the world is today! I wish we would eat anything coming out of that store!!! A customer lost.

Always better the go in and talk to a manager. With anywhere you go, shows initiative and gives them a face to the application. They'll give you more information.
I put a complaint on the corporate site. They responded by saying it was a franchise, they would forward to the owner
