I am a member at a different franchise but availability has been slim everywhere lately. This was the only one that had availability near me. I booked a 90 minute facial because I haven’t been in about 8 months and I wanted to use up my credits. Additionally, I wanted the 90 minutes because who wouldn’t? The esthetician asked me if there was a reason why I booked the 90 instead of the 60 and I told them I hadn’t been in so long and just wanted the extra relaxation. I was then asked if I would be okay with switching to a 60 minute facial and I asked why, they told me they weren’t feeling good and didn’t want to sneeze on me. Gee, thanks for the warning. The facial itself was okay and the staff was nice but I was not totally satisfied with my service and I won’t be returning here due to the lack of professionalism and consideration for the customers. If your esthetician is sick, have someone else do the service and don’t put the customer on the spot by asking them 5 minutes before the facial if they can change it.

I wish I could give lesser than 1. The lady who did the facial was a joke. She just applied cream and wiped it off with a warm towel. Absolutely no facial massage. Even after being told to increase the pressure, she did not. How can anyone ignore the request by the client. Utter waste of my time and money. They did not even refund my credits.

This place is a good place to get massages but my mother in law had a plan subscription before covid and they closed the place and were still charging her card every single month went back a couple months later once they opened back up and told me there were going to cancel it and I said okay then months later they are still charging my card finally had enough and went again and finally a lady helped me and actually cancel it. Don’t give your card information they will keep charging you for no reason!!
