Hi Roy and thank you for contacting me. It would depend on how big the park bench is. I am able to accommodate items up to approximately 3' x 3' x 6' in my curing oven. I would also need to know what type of coating is on it now. If it is painted, I would need to know if it is lead based paint, which I do not deal with due to EPA concerns. Sorry, I don't do 26 inch wheels. Too large for my equipment. I also don't mount or balance wheels and tires.
