I came in around 12:30pm 9/21 there were workers at the door talking to each other I looked at them and said “Hello” they looked and did not respond at all they just kept talking. I said Hello again and the security guard said hello back. It’s really rude to be standing by the entrance of the door and not say hello to customers. I guess their conversation was more important. I didn’t spend a dime and left happily.

I don't understand the people who are rating this store highly. I went in to see if I could get color matched and from the moment I asked it was obvious that they did not want to help. The first girl who helped me had me try on two shades of the same product and was fully expecting me to buy them after only being shown two, and two that did not even suit me well. After I expressed interest in trying different products, I was immediately delegated to another employee who before passing me on to yet ANOTHER employee made it clear that the first product the girl showed me "...is the best. Why would you want anything else?" Rude. Then, a third person is helping me and it's just so painfully obvious that she would rather be doing ANYTHING else. It's clear that they're just trying to sell you what is most expensive rather than trying to help you find something that works for you and will keep you coming back. Honestly, just go to Ulta. I figured I would try it because there's one nearby and the people were significantly nicer and a thousand times more helpful. I found just what I needed there and a lot of the products are the same anyway.

Went there for nail supplies, which they no longer sell in store, but the entire staff, especially Dorthea, was a pleasure and super accommodating. Ended up buying perfume
