The original completion time was quoted to be about 4 weeks, but with the way life is these days delays are imminent and I was in no rush. Upon multiple phone calls, just for normal updates I always made it clear I wanted the faces to be showroom quality and that there was no time limit. So to begin, on the 24th of March of 2021, 4 wheel faces were dropped off. I did not recieve the wheels back and “finished,” or rushed judging by the finishes, until November 2 of 2021. Even after paying more than what was originally quoted when the wheels were first dropped off. In the picture, this is the quality of just one wheel. Not even the worst of the bunch. If youre looking for good quality and a timely manner, look elsewhere. Fish eyes/deviations in the finish, unclean base causing bubbling in the finish, scratch marks bleeding through the finish, and from a 4 week to a 6 month completion time frame. Never had an issue with the man in charge, who was always willing to give me and update and be friendly. But for the price I paid and time I waited the final product has been less to be desired. The other reviews have been all tall telling and have lived up to their ratings. Don’t waste your time or money. Not one to normally knock on a company, but this outcome and quality of work has been all but disappointing and abysmal.
