Ever since Mary has left. New managers are the worst!!!!! I been calling and calling sending emails with no response for the last 3-4 months. Had to leave Georgia just to go back down to Texas to make sure they got my move out notice and still haven’t heard back!!!!! I go to the office it’s always closed. Parking is by far the worst too. Pest control is so bad!!!! By far the worst experience ever. Let me not forget water links that have your restroom smelling like mold 😠 can’t even mop your floors because the flooring will start lifting up!!!! Just over all the WORST from apartment to office staff!!!!! Ohh and let me not forget move in date I was left with no refrigerator or stove for a whole week!!!!!

We just got a new office staff and they never answer the phones. I’ve literally Had to call 20 times a row just to get someone to finally answer. I asked when’s the best time to call because it seems like no one’s here, they told me just to come inside the office. I walk up to the office and they’re never open lol I’m not saying don’t move here, but they have got to get it together that’s all:/

The WORST experience ever, since the beginning, lady María was hard to reach out. Then they let “her go” & got new “manager” Margarita. They are Over charging us June when we Already paid, we go to office and office is close & Phone forget it, some from Florida answers. Pls don’t come here!

I there with you...my lease is up and never received a renewal notice but I saw that they were charging month to month in my portal....No one picks up the phone when you call. I'm looking for another place never had this issue before. However they want their rent on time.

There is no number change, only management has changed...again. Believe me, we are all having the same experience. No managers, no maintenance for over a week since the change.
