I reserved online directly through motel 6. The second I stepped out of my car upon arrival the place reeked of pot. I came in at 8PM to find that my room and 3 peoples ahead of me were still waiting for their room to be cleaned. The lobby was also fully of druggies. The poor woman in the office was being abused by some customers. Over an hour later I finally got to the window and canceled my reservation without going any further. I ended up in the great hotel next to them. But as nice as that place was, I could still hear the noise and ruckus from the motel 6. I called corporate and they simply seemed to not care. Basically this place is a complete dump! VERY strongly urge people to stay away!

Reservations, were not found till 30 min. Then they tell me the room is not ready!! Worked a 16hr day returned an hour later. Only to be told it is still not ready!! And they are still smoking in the rooms. I left to the quality in next door. 3million times better. Do not recommend motel 6. No micro no fridge no coffee. π€’

Yes, there are rooms with a microwave & Fridge. Itβs a small upgraded room fee. Which we gladly paid for when we booked. Room was clean. Set in a quite area and convenient location. Was a non-smoking room but could smell smoke from neighbors when the bathroom fan was on. We definitely needed extra blankets & extra towels; however, Iβve been carrying extra blankets, towels and washcloths with me for years now while traveling! Friendly staff and we were so grateful to be able to stay here. Affordable and worth checking in! βOutlet behind the bed was an inconvenience but glad it was there.

Cody, thank you for making my birthday special. I have traveled all over the world in very upscale hotels and in affordable over night stays. I have never had this exemplary service and want to thank your staff. Cody served us birthday cake and cupcakes as he found it was my birthday. After check in he followed up with us via phone in 20 minutes to check on us. We had an issue with the TV and he said he would be down to correct the issue. Since it was taking longer than a few minutes (we weren't concerned) he then called to let us know he would be down after a new check in. Nowhere have I had this type of customer service! Thank you Cody for a job well done! And on a side note the room was clean and brand new. That too exceeded our expectations. Nice job!

It has to do with staff members if they don't like you they'll make you feel uncomfortable and leave . For one they are right and customer's are wrong
