I have mixed feelings about this place after reopening. On the one hand, the renovations are nice and the food is good - when it's done correctly. However, I think there's still some things that need to be worked on after reopening. The service was sadly subpar, though I want to give the benefit of the doubt and assume our waitress was new. She forgot several things we asked for, such as water, milk for our tea, and straws. I ended up just grabbing one from the bar counter because it was quicker. She only checked in with us once or twice, usually right after someone else came to handle things for her. The benedicts were really good, although the small portion of breakfast potatoes seemed very skimpy. The bacon avocado omelette was supposed to have cheddar on it, but didn't come with any cheese at all. The person who ordered it didn't want to make a fuss but certainly voiced his disappointment to us. Overall, I think I'd give them another chance, especially since I know how much I loved it years ago. But there's definitely room for improvement right now.

Service was excellent! I had the brisket and eggs, the brisket was delicious, the eggs were buttery and fluffy, and it came with the best breakfast potatoes I've ever had. The bloody Mary was super flavorful and didn't come with a bunch of unnecessary stuff. Loved every part of our experience here.

Had a pleasant time here. Not to busy on a Sunday afternoon. Loved the menu being very organized and easy to choose selections. Got the chicken sandwich, was massive, fried perfectly and had tender juicy chicken. Fries were absolutely amazing. I'd go here just for the fries.

We stayed at the connected hotel and enjoyed breakfast at the Bistro. We were the second people in the door so we did get to sit down immediately. We ordered eggs Benedict and an omelette along with mimosas and enjoyed every bite!
