A beautiful Motel in a beautiful setting in Prescott Arizona. The rates are usually great the rooms are very nice and clean and the staff is great and friendly not to mention it is in the best town in Arizona especially for the weather. If you're looking to cool off and chill for the weekend I recommend this place

I picked this place to stay out of all the places I could have stayed in Prescott: hardwood floor!! I am highly allergic to carpet, so it limited my choices. However, I didn’t know there was no heat!! As I write this review, the outside temperature is 27F in April. The room is updated and clean as I expected, but was very disappointed that it’s freezing cold. Do not stay here if you want the heater to work. Not sure it’s only this room or the entire units. Postscript: It turned out the air conditioning unit also has heater. I wish they explained to us upon check in so no one needed to suffer needlessly.

We only stayed for one night, but we loved it! Such a cute little hotel. Comfy and had everything we needed. Shower pressure was great and the hotel was nice a warm at night. Would definitely recommend if you need a place to stay during your cross country!

Positive: It was down town Prescott Arizona. The price great and had a refrigerator and a microwave and a coffee maker in the room. The hotel guest receptionist he greeted me very well and asked me how my state was it says I'd stay there again. Negative: Think the only issue we had was the electrical which was the lights and the switches but I called him and hopefully they resolved it. Other than that it was a good stay at the hotel all the way around I'd stay there again
