Kulp car rentals was very professional. My car was in an accident and Kulp delivered a rental car to my house. The car was very clean and comfortable. The staff was so helpful and friendly. They are the cheapest rates by far and they accept debit cards which was super convenient. Most of the other rental companies only accepted credit and were twice the price. Highly recommend!
