I had a terrible experience with this service department. I just purchased a 22 Rav4 in N. C. 5 weeks ago. I traveled back to the area to visit a family member in the hospital. While in route to the area the refrigerant leaked out of the A/C. I called the dealership and they said if I dropped it off they would look at it and I did. Needless to say Jim said he could order the parts not knowing when he would get them and if he ordered the parts I would have to have it repaired at the dealership. How could I have it repaired if I don't know when the parts we're arriving. I'm leaving to go back to N.C.on Saturday. Now I'm going to have to cut my trip short because I don't have A/C in 90 degree weather and I will have to drive at night. This is a brand new RAV4 with less than a 1000 miles on it. I purchased 2 new Camrys from this dealership in the past. No customer loyalty what a shame Jim had no compassion and said that's the way it is. I can't believe this is happening I'd like to see anyone drive 600 miles in 90 degrees. A BRAND NEW RAV4 BEWARE

I went on the hunt looking for a car after being injured in a car accident. I can not express enough the above and beyond experience I had from beginning to end.
