I was extremely terrified to go to the dentist after having my jaw broken years ago from having a tooth pulled at a different location. I saw Dr Olivia she pulled two of my teeth, it wasn't as painful as I was anticipating more just a little pressure. I did however get a slight infection after my teeth were pulled so I called the office and they put me on antibiotics. Well, it's been over a week now and I still feel like I have a bad infection so I called the dental office back and because Dr Olivia is no longer there they want to charge me $103 to go back with something that was affiliated with what was originally done at that location! I do want to say I very much appreciate Sheila that works there because she was very helpful and trying to set me up with a dental discount and with getting my plan of care, situated how I wanted it done. (instead of three teeth that I just wanted two done at first.) She is at least trying to check it to see if something could possibly be done which I do very much appreciate and I appreciate her good customer service.

I had a root canal with dr Olivia over a year and a half ago she broke insrument in my tooth left it I had to go see a specialist for xray and thats what i was told. Had already paid for crown through insurance and some out of pocket only to have to get the tooth pulled out no refund they just stopped corresponding with me until last week I got a$44 dollar and change bill in the mail. So I guess I will be contacting my Lawyer now. And she was working on other patients during my root canal that lasted about 3 hrs 😡
