This is the worst bank of America branch have ever visited customer service manager or associate doesn't know what shes doing. Have not seen where you spend 2 hpurs plus to open an account for a customer. It took her 2 hours 45 minutes tol open an account for a customer while myself and others were waiting. This branch has poor service. It took over 3 hours before I could get attended to. This branch needs to get close down or hired more competent people

Absolutely no customer service! I've been here twice now and even had an appointment and was still told to sit and wait. I waited patiently for a while, but I literally don't have time to bank here.
