The morning shift front lady was great to me...But i must say i'll never stay here again i understand they are short of staff but the rooms need to be clean in check behind before it get rent it out...My stay lastnight was BAD the room i was check into had hair all over the bathroom floor....They put me in another room NO TOWELS DUE TO TOWELS BEEN SHORT....NO TISSUE IN THE BATHROOM A CLEAN BATHROOM BUT HAD DIRTY TOWELS IN THE BATHROOM ...Had stains on the bed sheets

This motel is unclean and unkept. It honestly reminds me of a scary movie and I can't even describe the smell. It has an overwhelming old smoke smell that made my eyes burn. the shower did not work, light bulbs were out, and the bathroom door handle was separating from the door. The only way to express how dirty is was is by providing pictures. I requested a refund and to check out but they would not accommodate. I brought this to the attention of the maintenance man and the lady at the front desk. After looking at other reviews, it appears that this is common and complaints have been filed to the Manager, Christi but nothing gets addressed apparently. I had problems in both my rooms, 153 and 433.

We booked a room and did not get what we booked. They told us was thru a 3rd party website the customer service said we would have to pay an extra 60 to get the room we thought we already paid for. The guy at the hotel did not tell me they didn't have any of our rooms selection available instead tried to accommodate us with just a bigger bed.we got to the room and it was horrible. There was stains on the couch, rust on the microwave and refrigerator, room had stuck, and other areas were not cleaned.
