Several years ago, I thought I would try working for a travel staffing agency. I was signed up with two agencies and was not happy that I whenever I applied for a job they had listed, it was always either not available or already filled, so I went back to a permanent position. After a couple of years, I really wanted a change, so decided to try a travel group again. The first agency was similar to the situation I experienced previously, I just never heard back from them. After waiting two weeks for the staffing agency to get with me, I decided to apply for a job that I saw with Focus. McKenna called me within 24 hours,; I was vetted quickly, and I have worked with Focus now for almost a year. My recruiter, McKenna Thorngren, as been excellent to work with. She has gone above and beyond in giving me leads and helping me with find contracts. She is very fast in getting back to me with answers to my many questions. I highly recommend McKenna and Focus to anyone wanting to work as a traveler.
