Horrible marketing tactics! The staff call to offer auto insurance even I told him at the beginning of the call that my State Farm insurance is so low and they can not beat it. He made me waste 13 minutes between offer less than with computer correction offer me more expensive policy!! Offer less or don’t waste AAA reputation on such low and awful marketing tactics !

Very poor customer service! Claims manager Anita Rodriguez has an EXTREMELY POOR ATTITUDE AND IS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL so much so that i hired legal counsel to file a lawsuit against AAA. I sent several emails for her and my claims adjuster and left SEVERAL voicemails all of which she ignored. When i finally did get her on the phone she had a very bad attitude was rude and refused to listen to anything i had to say. She made me feel as though i was a bother to her and beneath her. She cancelled my rental vehicle bc she wanted me to do send her pictures of my vehicle so she could determine whether or not she believed i need a rental vehicle, as if though the cost comes out of her paycheck. She told me i would not be getting a rental until my vehicle was in a repair facility and that she didn’t care if i didn’t feel safe driving my vehicle she was canceling my rental car. When i told her i had already received a repair estimate on my vehicle and told her the amount i was quoted she called me a liar and told me she needed pictures of the vehicle so she could determine if she felt that was accurate, again as if she were the one who would be paying for the repairs. When i asked her why AAA’s insured got a rental vehicle without his vehicle being at a repair facility and i didn’t she told me that is irrelevant to my vehicle and i will not be given a rental. She threatened me that if i continued calling her or my claims adjuster she would CONTINUE TO DELIBERATELY IGNORE ME and make me file a claim under my own insurance. She refused to let me Speak to her supervisor and hung up on me several times. She has poor communication skills and will only reply to emails she chooses to reply to and will ignore phone calls. When i advised her that as a result of her poor attitude i had to hire legal counsel and all communication with me needed to Cease and could only take place through my attorney she ignored that statement and continued to reply to my email advising me that she needs a letter or representation from my attorney, when all she had to do was call and ask for it since i provided his contact information in the email; because she DELIBERATELY ignored my request to cease all communication with me and go through my attorney i will be filing another lawsuit against AAA. Anita is not the only representative it’s poor customer service two other agents i spoke to about the same issue refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor. Kiona interrogated me when i called the 1800 number and asked for a supervisor stating she “wasnt going to let me speak to a supervisor because the notes in the system reflect i had already been assisted with my claim” when she didn’t know the purpose for my call. Anita’s and Kiona’s horrible customer service speaks volumes for how AAA feels about their customers and i will NEVER RECOMMEND NOR do business with AAA going forward.

Angelo did a great job towing my car this morning and delivering it to the shop. He called communicated and provided me options on how to proceed. Angelo was a professional and would highly recommend him.
