Typical service in urban areas. Long lines, one or two tellers and long waits. Very sickening. Always the same. And no other BOA for miles. They closed the other larger branch in Desoto.

What's the point of having an appointment when you still have to wait 45 mins just to get a document notarized? Pitiful!!!!

Went To cash a check from the Texas Lottery Commission, first I stood outside in line for 10 minutes then get inside and had to still stand in line for 10-15 more minutes on top of the 10 minutes that I stood outdoors damn near to the parking lot.... Keep in mind I don't even live in Dallas but unfortunately that's the bank the Lottery Commission uses and there was 6 or 7 employees walking around and sitting at desks where as there was only one teller at the desk of a line of 15-20 people and none of them bothered to move and help at least take care of half the line of people.... I'll never go back in there.
