3 year old won't even go in the store because they had incredibly scary animitronics right when you walked in. Associates response was that it's Party City and its always that way which lacks any sort of understanding for traumatizing a child. I understand it's Halloween but small children go into the store for costumes and party items.

Super friendly staff. Easy to find stuff, over priced as usual but you get what you pay for when you don't have to deal with Walmart lol

This store and the other location in Bakersfield doesn't honor any on line pricing as other locations do. They do not allow you to order or place an order over the phone or online. I saw a bouquet online for 10 balloons with helium 2 of them were numbered balloons. Online came up to 30$ and they want double that 60$ for 10 balloons. Stating inflation is the reason. Not helpful in any way.
