This is the worse company ever Ive been trying to withdraw my money for a month every time I call they change something on my account it lock me out for 10 days I call on the 10th day they have to change something again due to the employee making a minor mistake or place is bogus

You'll need to call and speak with the pension department.
Use the phone system. You will need a pin when you talk to a representative
You can walk in, but an appointment is nice. The reception desk is on the 15th floor.
Call and speak with log in and support. They will provide you with your options to change your PIN from there.
