Even the shortest lines take forever. The staff hates their jobs and take it out on the customers. There is always at least one customer screaming at the monsters staffing the service counter who completely deserve it. Customers should plan to wait in line from 30 minutes up to 90 minutes. There is no such thing as a quick trip to the Post Office.

The lady in front is rude and doesn't like her job she keeps looking at everybody that comes in with a stank face... this location needs to hired new employees.

I came to mail a package, but left feeling humiliated and helpless. I am a female combat disabled veteran, and depend on a service animal to be able to navigate life. The clerk only interacted with me to ask "is that a service animal?", and I answered yes. The clerk did not reply to any of my questions or polite softening. When my animal opened the door, the clerk yelled aggressively "that pet is not allowed back here". There was a lobby full of customers. I identified ADA makes it clear that statement is discrimination and illegal, and the clerk stated I get to say whatever I want. I cannot believe the USPS continues to have such a discriminatory culture after so many public employment complaints have been validated in the recent years.

It is. But the forms are a pain. And in convinced that there are 2 employees that work there and run at 1/8 A normal persons pace. Go early!

Good luck getting any type of help from this location - It is the worst in customer service that I have ever encountered with the USPS. They will not do anything but the bare minimum and you are lucky if you can get anyone to help you at the front counter. The lines are always long and the clerks don't care about trying to be efficient or helpful - Just pray that you don't get the clerk named Tiffany - as all she does is argue and tell the customer how they are wrong... when she is wrong a majority fo the time.. Sorry you have to deal with this location - its been the same for the last 20 years... with no intentions of EVER getting better...

No - you are lucky if they go out at 5pm.. The Postal clerks that work (that's funny even saying that they work) here will get to their job functions when they want to and don't expect them to do anything beyond the bare necessities... and if they even do that.. Clerks argue with the customers and even with their own management... A horrible place to do business with - avoid at all costs....
