The staff was very nice and kept the place clean. They have coupons you can use. I had soneone with me that had a food allergy. They had no issue changing thier gloves and utensils. It was easy to get in and out on Friday at 5:30. Thank you for making our experience great.

I did not have a very good experience at this location. I made an online order around 6:25pm, and the website said it would be ready at 7:04. Got there to pick up at 7:21 and the order still wasn't ready. Had to wait in store until 7:45! We got the order and there were a bunch of added toppings we did not want at all. We ordered a simple pepperoni, sausage, and onion pizza. We got green peppers and mushrooms on top of that. We decided to deal with it since we already waited over an hour to get one pizza and some cheese sticks. Do not recommend this location!

Only time in my life where i had a pizza delivered that looked like it was supposed to be in a commercial. Im talking adequately supplied and spread toppings, cheese perfectly melted.... I seriously thought a camera crew was gonna bust in for a "surprise!" review. Hands down the best pizza in town that delivers. And without DeLucas its now my no.1 go to.

My roommate and friend works here, so I've had the chance to try a good portion of their menu options, and I've enjoyed all of them fairly well so far. I'd never heard of a Cottage Inn before I moved to Lansing a couple months ago, but according to my personal experience, they seem to be at least on a level with most better-known pizza chains, if not slightly superior. And I think the mere presence on their menu of what is, essentially, the mutant offspring of a pizza, a cheesecake and an apple pie gives them at least a slight advantage over basically any other chain pizza place.
