We called ahead to let them know we had a large party coming, apparently they did nothing to prepare. Their fountain drinks had been removed and they did not have a well stocked refrigerator so they ran out of some drinks. They ran out of the diced pepperoni so our pizzas had to be made with regular pepperoni but I don't think they put as much of that on as they would have the diced pepperoni. The staff was very nice but the management of the restaurant was poor.

We just had a pizza delivered! It was ahead of time, and Mitch was the delivery driver! He was literally the best delivery person I've seen in years from any establishment! He was so kind and I felt like we were old friends! Keep up the good work Sir Pizza you hired a good one there!

Long wait time. Was told 20 minutes turned into 45 minutes. Finally got pizza and it was not hot. Come to find out the pizza had been done for sometime and the workers had to bring it out. They really need to reopen the doors and let folks get their own hot pizza. Yesterday we ordered a pizza, and the email said it would be delivered in an hour. I normally order here often and am used to the hour delivery. But, I am also used to getting updates if plans change.
