This place is THE WORST. I have been trying to see my provider for almost 3 months now. They have almost no appointments for working people. I scheduled a 4 pm appointment twice (had to wait for literally weeks) only to have them cancel it both times the day of the appointment. I can't get my medicine refilled. I can't get the results of my tests. It is clear that they do not care one bit about my health.

Very poor! Also when I called there staff were extremely rude and disrespectful and took me 2 hours just to get through the call to set up an appointment for my poor daughter

If you think someone is going to die you need to call 911. Urgent care is probably closed and he probably needs a higher level of care.
This location does not take that insurance I dont think. But there is an urgent care at 1025 N. Douty that does. It is best to have a primary care Dr. GOOD LUCK AND GOD BLESS!!
