Waited and 1 hour and 45 was not served. They kept telling us it'll be a little while. We order breakfast and they came out said it'll be a little while but if you guys order burgers itll go much faster so we did and were told about 30 minutes. WE waited an other 20 minutes Cook came out talked to us was kind we understood he was alone and was sick from a surgery thag happened Wed we understood and waitined. Waited an other 40 minutes nothing. Went to ask about our food hadn't even started it. The place had 3 people inside eating when we walked in 2 new people after as who all had been served. When we payed for drinks lady upfront said why are you leaving we said took to long she said I dont know when you got here. We were a party of 8 and polite changed our order like they asked us just bunch of bad service. Place was not very clean dried up food on tables. Would not recommend!I'm so sorry to hear about a negative experience at our place. We strive for excellence in customer service and in this case we failed in a big way. Please consider an open invitation to try us again and I assure you we'll do so much better. Thank you for posting and giving us an opportunity to correct the issues you encountered and brought to our attention. I watched the video and you're absolutely right, this is unacceptable.
