Been trying to get my phone fixed for the past 4 days. At first they told me they take walk ins but can’t make an appt earlier than the day of. When I tried coming for a walk in (around 10:30) they would be all booked for the whole day. I tried staying up and making an appt and when I came in, a very rude staff member told me I had made an appt for the wrong thing and wouldn’t be able to do anything about it until the following week (7 days). They suggested Best Buy and when I went, Best Buy said they weren’t sure why apple sent me over because the issue with the phone is out of their control and was an issue only apple could fix. I was sent around and every time I tried coming back, they wouldn’t help me and sent me away. Didn’t care for people’s time.
The wimberly family
They just let people steal and walk out…trashy people in the mall that hang out mall is not safe and sadly the apple store is in that mall.

Horrible customer service, they are extremely rude and it bothers them to me even give you the slightest help. They also tell you one thing and then it’s another.

Yup. $29 until Dec 2018
You must order from the Official U.S. Apple website and in the checkout process after you've chosen the product or laptop you will be able to specify which language keyboard layout you want. Hope that helps!
Get the phone number to the closest store and make an appointment for a service call. Be sure to have your phone with you
Yes
It's better to get one, unless u want to wait for hours.
Anything you need help with i believe
Keep it away from moisture, I would put it in a zip lock bag and take it to the Apple store. Call your closest one and make an appointment... They will treat you like a king and be waiting to repair your IPad.
I don't think so
Yes, it is open. But if you want to be helped so quickly is better if you make an appointment before you arrive to the store.
The Apple store wasn't open for regular business when I visited, they were primarily open for customer service appointments but they did have products on display. They had removed all of the display tables and constructed a u-shaped wall with about 5-6 windows for their employees to service customers (not sure exactly how many). They were only allowing customers into the store when a service window signaled that they were ready, and had two lines in front of the store for customers: one for those with appointments and the other for those who didn't. Two security guards were posted out in front of the store to direct customers to the correct line as well as enforce social distancing and mask requirements. Hand sanitizer dispensers were available at each end of both lines, inside the store, and at each window. The windows had protective glass and all employees were wearing masks and latex gloves. I am not joking. It was like a dystopian DMV office. But it did feel safe I guess.
Yes you should call the waiting is very long with no appointment
Apple.com
You can just walk in it's just gonna be line for people to go in if there are too many at once
I would get the phone number to the store and make an appointment for a service call. Otherwise you will have to stand in line to get your answer. Make sure you have your MacBook with you because there are a few different things that can affect price.
I actually took mine but you have to take your original recipe of purchase to proof that you are the owner and they don't take that long just a few minutes.
They have the iphon mini, normal and Promax
I am sorry for your bad experience, the truth is that I was well attended and I want to clarify that I am Hispanic
You will have to get in contact with the store and ask them
Its been open for few weeks
The mall is currently open. You would need to check in with individual stores to make sure the store you're wanting is open
Usually over $1k
Around 20
Yes they do. They should anyways, it's the last iPhone that came out
No
I will think so
Yes
yes
They do not unlock phones Only the carrier it's locked to can do it, but only the original person that the account was under can ask for it to be unlocked. As for fixing it only depends what needs to be fixed. In most cases they change the phone, they do not fix.
Apple no longer sells that model on their website or in store however...you can find it online via a google, yahoo, or bing search.
Call the apple store
Yes
They are both available at the Valley Plaza today
Not the 1st Gen or other older ones. What model is it?
Call apple. They will tell you.
May have to call Apple to ask them and explain what part you're missing
Call Apple customer service and they will schedule you at your closest location
Yes
I do not think they upgrade storage. You would have to upgrade to another iPad.
They are open Sundays. It's best to call and make an appointment, otherwise you will have to wait aprox 2 hours
It changes and depends on phone model. Must call them.
If only your telephone is good
Here is the number for customer service, 661.396. 3480. Thank you . Merry Christmas.
Call them and make one
Go online and schedule an appointment. Or else go to the store around closing time and they might be able to fit u in.
Yeah sure
Conrado is better outside, as long as the place is not humid. Blessings.
Yes they do. Price , not sure. I'll say this much, you can't go wrong here. They are very helpful and knowledgeable.
yes it is. you might have to use a third party too fix it.
Yes
Not sure that they do that at the Apple store, usually they replace your phone for the cost of it.
Idk call customer service and they might be able to help.
I heard it was discontinued, but they may still have some.
About $300 because they have to change the glass and the lens on the phone not worth it go to one of those lol phone shops that repair phone the most will be 100
I really dont know that place has no good customer service there and really dont know what they are talking about
$129 6S $149 6S +
take it to the apple store.
I don't knows how much money tho but I think they can replace it
iPhone Repair - Official Apple Support https://support.apple.com/iphone/repair/service
how much will it cost
Of course not, Apple is only good for sucking your blood. They're unrealistic. Plus anything can be done through carriers not apple
Nobody can unlock the passcode. That means you bought a phone that is locked and most likely icloud locked also. Why would you buy it?
We dont work for Apple, please call them yourself
It depends, what phone model it is for the battery. And the iPad minis 4 are about $300 but you may find better deals with a sale at shops like Best Buy, Target, Wal-Mart, etc
To change the phone all together it is about 300, so the screen should be less
I assume it free unless a issue is found
Apple do not fix, they replace and you pay a lot of money for the replacement. Go to a repair shop cheaper
You will need to call Apple directly... I have been to the store, but I never seen them working on a watch. They do everything else so I imagine they will.
Call them or just go there.
$29 + tax for apple regular white ones, the new earpods are $159 + tax
If not mistaken at apple store $99 or $139+tax if you never let anyone open your device before.
Yes they do have a trade-in program, But pays in a gift card
You may have a defective battery, Sometimes if the phone wasn't repaired previously by someone other than apple, Maybe they will replace it for you. They always check the device history and look at the screws at the bottom of the device, If they look like someone attempted to open it they will deny service. All i can say take it to the store and see what they will tell you. Very helpful and understanding company. Best of luck :)
Nope, but my friend does. Likes the protection plan they offer.
Unsure
