I got powder acrylic nails from this place and I am not happy with the service I was provided. I asked for square-round nails and the nail tech and she didn’t even shape them. My nails turned out uneven, as well. I talked to management and I was told they could not provide me with a refund or fix my nails in a timely manner. I am disappointed because I’ve come here before and seen different nail technicians who were profesional and gave me exactly what I wanted. Please don’t waste your money here.

SAVE YOUR MONEY! Blood trigger! I’m a person that doesn’t believe the customer is always right. I used to love coming to this place for pedicures. We always get the 40 dollar one with specific pedicurists. They weren’t available, so we decided to try new ones. We picked the 55 dollar luxury pedicure to which one of the pedicurist responded with “ you know it’s 55?” Which we did know cause it’s on the paper. During the pedicure, she hurt my moms toe. To which she answered it’s just a little bit of skin, it will stop bleeding. My mom wanted to see how much it would be so far, and pay to stop because it was hurting. She was going to wait for me, and I was going to finish my pedicure until the owner’s son mansplained ingrown toe nails and how the pedicurist did nothing wrong. He said it stopped bleeding so my mom should be fine. They didn’t charge us because his words “he didn’t want that on him” which means he knew the whole situation was wrong and could come back and bite him in the… If employees from here can put me in contact with my pedicurist I would gladly tip her. The whole situation wasn’t her fault and I walked out so upset because they were about to make my mom cry.
