Today I am really upset about the lousy service at this place. I have been coming here since 2014 and the work has always been good... but today it has been the worst service. None of the girls who attended me in the past were there, so the owner assigned me to an apprentice, who did a TERRIBLE job on my feet. She didn't even clean my nails, she didn't know how to use the instruments, and the worst thing was the cut she made to my left toenail... it was a disaster... in the end another girl finished the job of my pedicure, but the damage was already done.. I will NEVER return to this place. NEVER give a trainee the benefit of the doubt.. that was my mistake🤬

The way they do nails is awesome. I have only ever had 1 broken nail in the year I have been getting my nails done here.. The product the use is very good quality.. I come about every 3 weeks or so. I just love the way my nails look. I also clean houses on the weekends and this was the main reason I wanted to start getting them done.. Amazing how well they hold up. QUALITY!! Pedicures are really good too. They definitely will help if you have a need for your feet. Exceptional service.. Thank y'all so much. Every single time!! Just awesome!!

I came to Solar Nails for the first time I brought my gma for Mother’s Day and got both mani pedi and the ladies here were so sweet and nice and did an amazing job for my grandma and even offered my son water and cookies, I will be coming back and bring my family ❤️ They’re amazing at what they do and just love how they were so sweet

I went to this salon to get my brows waxed and asked about the $75 eyelash extension sign. The lady (I think the owner) told me that the eyelash extensions were $75 and would take about an hour. I then called today and made an appointment for 10:30am. I'm pregnant and my gender reveal party is this Sunday so I thought I'd treat myself to extensions. I came in and was seen immediately. It took 2 hours and 15 minutes for the lady to do my extensions. My back was killing me from being pregnant and lying on my back for over 2 hours. While laying there the AC was dripping on me, every 5 minutes. No apology or anything. I wasn't even offered a towel. The AC just dripped and dripped and on me and my clothes the entire 2 hours and 15 minutes I was laying there. Then, when I went to pay I was told it was going to be $85 for an unknown reason. I gave her my card and she charged me $95 without saying anything. I caught it and asked her about it and then she changed it and said "Oh yeah, it's $95." She offered no explanation as to why all of a sudden, it was $20 more than the advertised price. I also tipped her $10. So that means that she basically got a $30 tip. Honestly I really feel taken advantage of. My time and my money. I really would like to be refunded $30. I gave 2 stars because my eyelashes do look and feel nice. But I am definitely not happy with my experience.
