Not recommended !!! A very bad management and rude, I was living there for more than 2 years and when I move out they didn’t give my deposit and even they charge me more. The apartment was good nothing was wrong with it. So very poor management. They even not worth 1star but there is no option. It was my big mistake to live there.

This is so weird, I lived in this housing area back in 1990 when I was stationed at Fort Ord, it was really nice then but I don’t know about now.

I love living here. We applied and moved in within 2 weeks, last November. The apartment was newly remodeled, everything was clean, and staff was professional and courteous. It is a quiet neighborhood, close to work, with quick access to the 1 and the 101. I almost never hear our college neighbors, who hold parties often, and love the access to the woods behind the apartment. Parking is, unfortunately, very limited and that is my only complaint. It is a wonderful place to live.
