I wanted to love this place. The neighbors are nice. Marina is nice. But this place is a disappointment at best. Potholes. Management is not professional, responsive, and is snide and rude. If I owned this place I would review her performance thoroughly and survey the residents to get an idea of what’s really going on. But by the looks of it, the property management is about the 1s and 0s and the occupants are their last thought. Generally run down. And to top it off, there is a construction business directly next to park that unloads and loads heavy equipment from shipping containers before 7AM daily. No need to set your clock and good luck sleeping through that. Don’t bother to make a complaint about it because it will be your problem. So, if you would like a comfortable place to call home for you or your loved ones, there are plenty of other options in the beautiful city of Marina.
