Today I waited 23 minutes for my plain grande latte, while 6 staff were working and only two other customers inside. The drinks are consistent, which is good, but the service time is far too long, I can't come back.

Took 40 minutes on a Saturday evening to get 2 drinks. I understand this location is busy, both drive thru and dining room, but they should staff according to their customer demands. If you're too busy and do not have enough staff, disable mobile ordering! Do not waste the time of your customers. I've NEVER waited this long, even in locations that are busier than this.

The people who work here, work really hard to make sure that your order is just how you want it. I have heard people be nasty to these hard working barrister/barristers and I honestly do not know how these folks keep smiling and making everyone next in line feel good. True good hard working people !
