At least I can go to home Depot and get what I was looking for cuz you sure as heck can't find it at Lowe's or slows or whatever you want to call that place telling you man that's the worst experience in my life home Depot number one you go guys thank you

I'd rather go to Home Depot any day versus going to Lowe's. The reason? I can get in and out. The store is always clean and the associates are very helpful when needing to know the location of an item. The great thing I like about Home Depot is the associates act as if they really want to help. I like that. A lot of times when I'm in a hurry I can easily go in and get what I need and be back at home to get the job done. The price difference between Lowe's and home Depot isn't much but I'll take home Depot any day.

Ordered air conditioner online went to store to pick it up you'd think it would be near the loading end of the store no. I only had one person in front of me and had to wait 30 minutes for the lady to show me where my item was. Also it was a very heavy unit and I had to load it by myself with no one offering to help me. And the lady behind the counter was borderline rude and no employee in that store got in a hurry for nothing. Then I get home and take it out the box and one corner of ac was damaged. I will never deal with this location or any other home Depot after this experience.

I find that in my trips to home depot the store associates are pretty well versed about the building trade and different materials used accordingly. 🤔 My experience at other same like Hdwr store is that the personal just strolls around aimlessly talking on their phns or just hanging out with other associates. Moral seems Lowe'r and less informed 😬
