Cheese doesn't technically need to be refrigerated, but doing so will preserve the freshness (especially over a few weeks). You'll maybe have noticed that this establishment actually uses the freezer for some of their cheeses, which is also an option, but can degrade the quality of the cheese once it's thawed.

They sell cheese curds and they are delicious! Also, Try the grilled cheese sandwiches, Yum!

the people in the store were wearing masks when we went there a couple of weeks ago. One of the people working there had their mask below their nose as they stocked the shelves. The shoppers were doing a decent job trying to maintain their distance but it is hard to do in such a small store. If you know what you want, you can go to the outside window and order there. The person manning the register was very nice and was wearing their mask correctly.
