I know they for sure accept Cal Viva direct medi-cal. I called and they ran my CIN number to determine whether or not I had direct. I guess there's different versions of Cal Viva medi-cal so just make sure you have the right stuff before showing up.
You don't need to make an appointment but you can make an appointment online so you don't have to wait in the office as long.

Yeah, they except all ages. Just make sure they take your insurance first, other wise the visit is like $125. Just call and ask, they are great there
