I would give 5 stars if I was able to visit. Rehoming animals is an incredible thing to do. I have a rather unusual situation. I'm broken down in Ridgecrest for a few weeks whilst vehicle parts are being shipped from the UK. I was hoping to come and spend some time with the animals. The lady on the phone started polite but said herself 'i don't know how to say this politely'. As a vegan, my life evolves around caring for animals. Due to being on the road, I'm not in a position to adopt. I understand if they don't want lots of people visiting to prevent disease but it's a shame a sensitive response wasn't given when all I was hoping to do is spend some time giving the animals some love.

Horrible customer service and no help when trying to surrender my animal. As he's not working out in our home. Even though we adopted him for here. Horrible would not recommend doing business here.

I took a animal trap, canned and dry dog and kitten food to donate and I couldn't even get someone to help me bring it in...the big bag of dog food was too heavy for me. I had a Drs appointment so couldn't wait around so had to come back. They acted like I was inconveniencing them. First time=last time.
